Books Recommended by Carol

Here are some books I recommend to clients and those that attend my classes.

This is the first book I recommend for beginners in astrology: The Only Astrology Book You'll Ever Need by Joanna Woolfolk.

The second book I recommend is Astrology for the Soul  by Jan Spiller.

My number 3 choice for beginners, a great book: Asteroid Goddesses: The Mythology, Psychology, and Astrology of the Re-Emerging Feminine  by Demetra George and Douglas Bloch.

The very best workbook out there to totally get into understanding how to interpret a chart for yourself and others is Astrology for Yourself: How to Understand and Interpret Your Own Birth Chart by Demetra George and Douglas Bloch.

You can enjoy all the books from these authors:

  • Steven Forrest .
  • Donna Cunningham .
  • Kim Rogers Gallagher.

Great and humorous astrology that is easy to read: Secrets from a Stargazer's Notebook: Making Astrology Work for You by Debbi Kempton Smith.

Easy read for anyone: Complete Idiot's Guide to Astrology, 3E by Madeline Gerwick-Brodeur and Lisa Lenard.

A must for anyone who believes in reincarnation and counseling:

  • Astrology, Karma & Transformation: The Inner Dimensions of the Birth Chart by Stephen Arroyo; and,
  • Astrology, Psychology, and the Four Elements: An Energy Approach to Astrology & Its Use in the Counseling Arts  by Stephen Arroyo
