January 25 2009 11:55pm we had a SOLAR ECLIPSE WITH THE SUN AND MOON at 7 degrees of Aquarius.
Solar eclipses BLOCK THE now and allow us to see past actions and maybe repeat past patterns they are extremely powerful.
February 9 2009 6;49am we had a LUNAR ECLIPSE with the moon at 21 Leo and the sun at 21 Capricorn.
Lunar eclipses ALLOW US TO SEE WHERE WE ARE NOW and move us out Of the past into the FUTURE, they are very powerful. During a lunar eclipse Solar radiation to the moon is blocked by the Earth’s mass, creating an energy shift in time and space.

This is the first of a CANCER CAPRICORN theme which will be repeating itself over the next few years.
Capricorn, is a Cardinal EARTH Building sign which asks what am I here to do to achieve and make the world a better place? The shadow side of Capricorn can be controlling and trying to fix others and not work on the self. Blame and guilt can be a part of this pattern so being extremely accountable for ourselves is very important over this next 2 years.
Cancer is a Cardinal WATER sign and water MUST FLOW and reach its own level dealing with its own energy. And dealing with our emotions is part of this theme.
Healthy Cancer energy asks how can I nurture and learn to care for self in order to teach and help others. The shadow point of Cancer is are we martyring ourselves, sacrificing ourselves in the vain hope that others will see our needs and somehow meet them?
As you can see, the theme now is SELF CARE, self responsibility and to see what we are building (Capricorn) and what we are flowing ourselves into emotionally (Cancer)
The Sabian symbol for this eclipse is about spiritually and goals. Using our souls purpose to create inner peace and to move out into the world to help build a better world.
July 21st 2009 SOLAR ECLIPSE 7;34pm with the sun and moon at 30 Cancer.

30 degrees is the last degree of a sign and carries tremendous importance as it is The end and at the beginning of a new energy. This eclipse strongly involves Pluto which is currently residing for the next 20 years in the sign of Capricorn so here we again involve ourselves with not just CARDINAL Water which is the energy of Cancer, but with building.
New moons are great times to set intentions and really reconnect with our path. This year we have 2 new moons in Cancer, one which happened on June 22nd and this Solar Eclipse New moon on July 21st. Bringing the energy of Cancer to us all. Make wishes for inner peace, inner security and recognize that we are at a major turning point in the way we handle our emotions and our lives. GOOD things are possible and we look at the past in order to learn for the future for the next 2 weeks.
August 05, 2009 LUNAR ECLIPSE 5;55pm Full moon with the moon at 14 Aquarius and the sun at 14 Leo , as we go back to early January and ask, how are we coming with Leo (heart centered living) and Aquarius (learning to step out of the box and be open to change)
As always this lunar eclipse blocks the past and allows us to see clearly where we are going and maybe also begin some shifts which we kind of skipped in early 2009. IT IS NEVER TOO LATE and opportunities are abounding with Jupiter (faith) Chiron (Healing) and Neptune (intuition) in the sign of Aquarius. This month also the NODES (soul destiny points for mankind shift from Leo/Aquarius to Cancer/Capricorn further increasing the need to build Our future and work on our own issues to heal the past in order to live the future
December 31, 2009 Lunar Eclipse Full Moon 11:13am pst With the moon at 10 Degrees of Cancer and the Sun at 10 Degrees of Capricorn and at this time we have the NODES (solar destiny points for humanity) in Cancer and Capricorn … With the moon touching the south node we are being asked to look at the Cancerian issues (safety, family and security) and look at our feelings to transmute them. This is the first solar eclipse in 30 years with Saturn in the sign of LIBRA, partnerships asking us to take relationships to a new level. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO all of us here on Planet earth as we leave behind the 11 master spiritual testing relationship year and move in 2010 to a 3 year of joy, connections, laughter and luck

January 14, 2010 Solar Eclipse New moon 11:11pm pst 25 Degrees of Capricorn
WE are now finishing CHIRON, NEPTUNE, and JUPITER together in Aquarius as we get ready to leap this next few months into some very different energy. This eclipse asks us to step up and be the best we can e and transmute the negative into positive in our lives.
June 26, 2010 4;31am PDT Lunar eclipse Full Moon with the moon at 5 Capricorn and the sun at 5 Cancer Jupiter and Uranus (Expansion and Change) have now moved together into ARIES and we are off and away with some really major shifts it seems the boat has left the dock and the ship is on its way, are you on board? Saturn has backed into Virgo again and is asking us to finish up those details and be ready to move forward into the relationships which will be healthy for us.
July 11, 2010 12:41pm PDT Solar eclipse New moon with the sun and moon at 19 degrees of cancer, Saturn Still in Virgo works in opposition with Uranus and Jupiter in Aries. This eclipse asks if you are ready to make the leaps of faith required and if not, to get stronger inner connections with guides and angels and begin to move.
December 21, 2010 12:14am Pst Lunar eclipse Full moon with the moon at 29 Gemini and the sun at 29 Sagittarius Uranus and Jupiter have backed again back into Pisces, asking us to find the dream, and with Saturn now in Libra again we have assistance if we are just willing to trust. With the north node (what we must do) and Pluto joined it seems that the work for a better world has been handed to each and every one of us and we are stepping up to the plate (HAPPY NEW YEAR as we move to 2011 which is a 4 year of safety, security, and stability, which many of us have felt very lacking this last few years).
January 4, 2011 1:03am PST Solar eclipse New moon with the sun and moon at 14 degrees of Capricorn For this eclipse JUPITER AND URANUS (Change and expansion) are exactly joined at 27 degrees of Pisces and we are in a very Strong Capricorn energy with the North node, Pluto, Pallas Athena, The sun, the moon and Mars all in Capricorn. Time to rethink our plans and perhaps move into a very new direction for many of us.
The mechanics of Eclipses happen when the Sun, Earth and the Moon align with the Nodes of The moon and when this happens instead of a Full or new moon we wind up with a Solar or Lunar eclipse.
Throughout history eclipses are marking points for huge changes on the planet. Since we have at least 2 Solar eclipses (which always must happen at a NEW MOON) and 2 Lunar eclipses which always happen at a Full moon one might think that these events would pass pretty much unnoticed by the astrological community. The difference is that this time up on the planet is a huge turning point. (2009 seems to deliver a bit more than normal with 6 eclipses)
2010 will have 4 eclipses all with the North Node in Capricorn and the SOuth node in Cancer asking us to look at being the best we can be to assist everyone on this planet while securing a more secure future for ourselves.
If you usually watch a New moon and say, Wow, that was over. And done with,, Well, you need to forget that thought with eclipses. There is an Season to an eclipse. The strong shadow of the eclipse lasts for 37.5 days. There is always a NEW MOON within 18.75 days of a nodal conjunction and when this happens we have a Solar eclipse.
Within 2 weeks we have a FULL moon and the lunar eclipse happens. Sometimes a 3rd event can happen another solar or lunar eclipse. In July 2000 there was a lunar eclipse between 2 solar eclipses, and in May-June 2002 we had a Solar eclipse between 2 lunar eclipses. These events all happened within the 37.5 day window. In 2009 we had a solar eclipse on the 21st of July, happening between 2 Lunar eclipses… asking you to look at what was going on in 2000 for you and maybe again in 2002? Are you again being asked to clearly look at your life which is what those LUNAR Eclipses ask of us?
Solar eclipses happen …as if…line 3 glasses up on a table. Pretend one glass at one end is the sun and the glass at the other end is the Earth and the middle glass is the moon. THE moon or the middle glass is blocking the light of the sun. In astrology the moon is our past, our emotions and when the SUN (the now) is blocked by the past what happens?
IF you are an evolved soul, which I KNOW you are… everyone else is leaving……….then You like the high priestess card in the tarot deck will use this time and energy well… …I shall quote one of my teachers who would not appreciate his name in this but know these are not my thoughts but his. AND I agree totally

We review the past not to lament certain events or punish ourselves; rather, we review the past to discover the patterns, laws, and workings of divine. The high priestess lets us know we can learn from the past and past lives for the purpose only of knowing our eternity.
That might be the only fruitful meditation. Meditating on what could have been done or be takes us away from truth. The past serves only to pull out insights that help now within the perspective of returning to the source."
This to me is the purpose of a solar eclipse. AND gratitude is something which I would be asking you to practice .. Let us also give Gratitude for our lessons as well as our rewards, because the lessons sometimes bring us the greatest rewards down the road.
Right now upon this planet and in the sky we have A mix of Water asking us to dig deeply into how we feel and act from connection to Spirit and Earth asking us to build for the planet and for the future in ways which have not yet happened upon this planet.
