June 1st 2:03pm a Solar Eclipse new moon at 11 Gemini bringing new ideas and visions to us all and lightening the energies around us
June 15th 1:14pm Full Moon Lunar eclipse with the sun at 24 Degrees of Gemini and the moon at 24 Sagittarius With Uranus the planet of Change making squares to all the Gemini Energies Demanding we shift ideas and visions
July 1, 2011 1:55am New moon Solar Eclipse with an out of sign Eclipse as the sun and moon merge at 10 degrees of cancer and Uranus, Saturn and Pluto demand that we move into a healthier way of living for self and planet
November 24, 2011 10;10pm a Solar eclipse new moon with the sun and moon at 3 Sagittarius asking us to move into our own truth and new story about our future
December 10, 2011 6:36am Full moon Lunar eclipse with the sun at 18 Sagittarius and the Moon at 18 Gemini again asking us to move into 2012 with the old ideas and visions behind us and to rewrite our futures.
How to Deal with Those Pesky Eclipses …
Eclipses are the WILD CARDS in our lives. They are the major spots in your life where the action will be happening over the next year or so. Yes, these wild and enthusiastic event horizons do not go away after a month or so like the full and new Moons. They are here to stay for up to 6 months, and sometimes longer…So, understanding that part of your life which is being influenced surely will give you insight and awareness of the intent of this time.
Go see a competent astrologer at least once a year, take a calendar or timing class, and keep an eye out for unexpected events. I always try and keep my schedule light going into eclipses and realize that some choices may be taken out of my hands during eclipses.
With all eclipses, something ends, and something else begins. IF YOU act
hastily now, things will not work out as you had envisioned. Be open and allow the gifts of the universe to come to you with these eclipses learn about where these degrees are for you and get ready for some fun in.
CLINICALLY, a solar eclipse is when the moon stands between the sun and earth and cuts off the light. Astrologically this is an event, which brings back the past (MOON) in vivid detail. People, places, events, and maybe ideas and feelings from the past? This is, like all in Life a GOOD THING: We are now allowed to see the why and wherefore and get the opportunity to redo something or finally and forever put it to rest.
A Lunar eclipse is when the Earth (practicality and where we are now) stands between the moon and the sun, cutting off the light of the sun from the moon. These eclipses seem to bring us into REALITY. The bright light of truth, justice and what not is now shone on all those Old ideas and feelings and we get an opportunity to truly SEE THE LIGHT in our own lives.
Lunar eclipses are a bit more emotionally electric than solar eclipses so remember the ECLIPSE RULE: NO NOT REACT or even ACT right now if possible for 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks after these eclipses. Eclipses will reverberate for about 6 months for all of us, so there is no sense in rushing into actions right now.
SOLAR eclipses seem to emphasize the Start or seed planting of something. Like the light goes on and we see what MUST be done. A NEW MOON SOLAR ECLIPSES (which means the sun and moon are sitting together in the sky) is about personal choices for us all, and desires that we break free of all that binds us into roles, which we have outgrown. Solar eclipses seem to BLAST us into seeing old patterns and allowing us to realize whether we need these things in our lives anymore.
My personal belief is that eclipses are the WILD cards that allow us to AWAKEN. Eclipses happen to WAKE US UP.
TRY NEVER to sign important papers, have surgery, or do major debates or negotiations, during the 24 hours prior to and after the eclipse. The waves of emotions are still high and it is best to wait for a smoother energy for important events.
THE ECLIPSES work with the LUNAR Nodes which represent in your chart where you have come from and where you are growing to. AND In the sky where we learning spiritual development are the North node and the South Node is what has nourished us in the past.
In 2011 the nodes are in (SOUTH NODE the past) GEMINI (NORTH Node where we are heading, the future) Sagittarius.
REMEMBER SOLAR ECLIPSES are NEW MOON days also and are highly charged with new beginnings. AND LUNAR ECLIPSES ARE FULL MOON Days and carry that energy of endings, and what must be let go of so that the next new moon we have room and space to bring in more of what we need in our lives.
