	December 2006 Monthly Astrology Report Happy birthday To all you wonderful Sagittarius and Capricorn people, and Happy December to all of you who this month, will begin to AWAKEN THE DREAM within the self and ANSWER to call to action. Of December’s two gemstones, turquoise is one of the first gems ever to be mined, traditionally; the turquoise is a stone of success and prosperity. An alternate birthstone for December - the zircon - In ancient times, it was said Heal disease, and to bring sound sleep to the wearer. Colors Sacred to December are the purples and Deep blues of peace and spirit. With December being the 12th month of a number 8 year we are in a time of the magical number 2 which is about...Connecting with those who we love and making new connections with others…Watch relationships to flourish who open to freedom and truth and those which feel constricted to have some real problems in 2007. We Begin the month with Mercury (ideas) finally direct in Scorpio but still traveling through that Strong energy of the last 3 months. This shadow time will not be over until Mercury enters Sagittarius on the 7th. WITH many planets in the sign of Sagittarius (fire) we are being asked to review our own truths. We have Jupiter which is Abundance in Sagittarius for the next year bringing us luck and optimism when we can let go and trust for it to happen. December 4th we have a Full moon with the sun in Sagittarius asking us to TRUST and reach farther. And the moon in Gemini saying that with correct ideas, correct thoughts we can accomplish anything. AND what needs to be released around these things over the next 2 weeks? On the 5th Mars the planet of action enters Sagittarius on the 7th Mercury which is ideas and communications closely follows bringing a more upbeat and fun energy to the planet and our holidays. Venus the planet of love visits the traditional sign of Capricorn on the 10th for the next month. Saturn (Discipline) Retrograde In the heart centered sign of Leo. December 5th until March 2007 allows us a bit of a rest in order to redefine our own goals and make some inner rules for ourselves. All of the other planets now moving forward bring us into a new year with much to be thankful for. The NEW MOON on December 20th in the sign of Truth and justice, Sagittarius brings an even more optimistic energy into our holiday season. Use those 3 days before this date to set intent and work your own magic within your life as you wish into being your new year. This Christmas brings fun to the foreground with so many planets and energy in FIRE which is about our passion and don't we all need a bit more for sure? For this season how about giving yourself a gift of freedom from routine? This is what most of us will be wanting and only you can give this to yourself. The sun in Sagittarius is a time of great inner visions for us if we are listening to our own truths. Then on the 21st on the Winter solstice the sun will enter Capricorn and then the real building time begins and we more clearly see the next step…and .. We will have a clearer vision of what we need to be building. December is filled with sacred festivals, as many early religions celebrated the birth of the Sun Advent, the four-week spiritual preparation for Christmas begins this year on December 3rd. This emphasis on spiritual matters is shared by nature religions in preparation for the return of the Sun at the Winter Solstice. Advent is a time to celebrate the Light in the midst of darkness. Christmas, symbolizes the return of the Light to the world, and the gift of Life. Hanukkah (Chanukah), the Jewish Holiday of Lights is an eight-day celebration of hope and faith that begins (at sundown on December 15th). It is a time used to reaffirm beliefs and to be thankful for successes and achievements. December 21st as the sun enters Capricorn we celebrate the Winter Solstice, or Yule Now is the pause of midwinter; the longest night of the year. We celebrate this day as the beginning of the Great Wheel of the Zodiac, the Wheel of Life, at the time of the turning point when the Sun is reborn to the world. Meteor showers are said to symbolize hosts of angelic beings who bring gifts of light at regular times throughout the year to help the people of Earth through difficult times. The annual Ursids Meteor Showers will be strongest the day after the Solstice on the 22nd. We awaken this month and get ready to enter in January into a year of endings on this planet as 2007 is a number 9 year…..and isn’t there so much that needs to be stopped, and ended? So, let’s take a lesson from many great spiritual masters and first begin with ourselves. Let’s look in the mirror clearly and get a better understanding of ourselves and then look at our gifts and give them more generously to the world. December 2006 Daily Report Friday December 01, 2006 This is the 12th month of a number 8 year making December 2006 a 11 or 2 month which relates to relationships and higher spiritual connections for us all. The moon in Aries is making great aspects all day today and at 9;15am trines Saturn (making us want to work harder and more digilently hooking into our inner needs (Saturn is in leo now) 10:40am the moon moves v/c and times out making another aspect with the DARK LORD Planet PLUTO: this planet is declared a dwarf but we shall see the patterns of Pluto are perhaps much stronger in Death than they were in life. Pluto Within your chart is where you choose to transform your soul this lifetime. 9th house of school, higher pursuits and spirituality for me in the sign of leo. For us all this planets entrance 8 years ago into Sagittarius brought FIRE TO our lives creating a desire for more passion and intensity. By December 2008 Pluto will move from fire (passion and integrity) into Earth and be in the sign of Capricorn for many years. We still have the time and the energy to use this passion to CREATE: AND with Pluto the desire to destroy is also strong. Sunday December 03, 2006 Great evening for journaling or a movie The day before Full Moons are always a bit powerful and today is no exception. This Advent carries oppositions from that moon in Taurus to Mercury at 8;10am helping to scatter thoughts and dissolve old forms of communication. 10:53am a Square with Saturn demands that we figure what it is that we REALLY want and then maybe even actually make a plan to somehow make it happen? WOW, working on Sunday it seems? 4:31pm the moon moves v/c or times out with a ROUGH ASPECT with Mars. NOT a great day to be out and about this evening. Tuck yourself in early, realize that actions and emotions could be going in opposite directions and look at your resistances and see if they are serving you. 7:05pm the moons movement into Gemini usually livens up life but tonight this energy just seems to further bring more questions to the foreground. Negative energy can sometime go into fear, anger and even depression. I LOVE SATURN retrograde time and since I have this in my birth chart, it is about breaking the rules and often is a time when you can move out of the BOX and into your true authority in your own life. IF you have this retrograde in your chart, then in another lifetime you more than likely followed someone's direction and it did NOT turn out as you would have liked so you are constantly questioning this lifetime. Saturn retrograde is a great Time for order to come from WITHIN US, not from others telling us what to do or be but from us picking up the Battle flag and doing as we KNOW within our hearts is right.
