January 2012 a Number 5 year of change for us all

WELCOME TO 2012 and thank HEAVENS that Mayan calendar is done and lets hope we are done with violence, and the old ways of thinking of war, enemies and all the negativity and Barbarianism which went with the Mayan cultural energy.
It is now Time for new connections, fun, learning and to perhaps learn to truly understand what we really need to live with peace within and without and find new types of Security. There goes that scary word, Security: Haven’t we learned since the sun reached the Galactic center in 2008 that what we perhaps believed was security was an illusion) Since this aspect of the sun sitting at the center of the universe continues for 72 years… What is real security? What would make you feel totally safe and secure?
If you say money, not that if the dollar keeps falling ..(right?) so, if you had a job you loved, health, positive attitude, knew how to be good to yourself, had friends who love and support you, those who honor and respect you and a support system which you knew would be there no matter what? Would that help enable you to feel good and feel happy and feel safe? Could possibly that be really what Security is?
Mars going backwards in Virgo on January 23rd has really already begun as we are in the SHADOW point of this long transit of the planet of action (Mars) asking us (Virgo) to analyze and recognize what would create wholeness within ourselves and in doing that how can we affect the world.
Pluto in Capricorn demanding of us to make deep systemic changes within our systems More strongly now is heading into the square with Uranus in Aries asking us to change self ..…and as these planets get closer in the aspect we are feeling more and more powerfully the need for deep systemic transformation within our political but also our life structures, responsibility, integrity and accountability seems to be asked of us much more powerfully than ever before.

December 25th Jupiter the last retrograde of 2011 moved direct in Taurus asking us to really consider our connection with Gia and to look at foundations of life as well as Chiron and Neptune moving closer to each other in Pisces is asking us to reconnect with heart energy and make sure that what we do over this next few years if for the highest good of all upon the planet. Furred, finned, feathered, creepy crawlies and 2 legged, we are all in this together and I believe we will in 2012 recognize this universally.
This month asks us to move further into What we desire with the Sun in Capricorn and the Moon in Cancer on the 8th, as we begin to create some real shifts with this full moon and hopefully begin to let go of inauthentic core values.
On January 13th as the planet of communication touches Pluto and Venus touches Neptune and then moves into Pisces, energies open to really connect us into intuition, visions and creation through what we see, feel and desire.
So, for 2012 the one thing I would ask you to remember is as the energy deepens each month we are going to more and more be thrown into HOW WE FEEL about things. and oftentimes we feel about something the way we think, good, bad, negative, positive? Those are value judgments and oftentimes taking an approach that this may not look like what we Want, but…what good could possibly come from it, will shift your feeling on an event, person or whatever and allow you to create something even better than you thought you could have.
2012 for sure carries this energy and by October of this year it is HERE AND STRONG, so begin right now, if you have not already begun? TO shift thoughts and judgments to a more positive approach and see what wonders come to you in this 5 year of changes all around and hopefully within us.
What shifts and adjustments need to be made for you to TRULY KNOW YOUR DREAM is going to happen for you? Can you trust enough to let it happen? Can you keep your fingers out of the stew and let it happen naturally? OR will you try and control it all? Focusing on the outcome you desire, is good this year but control may not be within some of our grasps, because perhaps we are not competent to control it all. I see this year as one which visions, imagination and attitude will create and destroy many things. I believe that we have some major structures coming down and that is a good thing, so dream, vision and see what you would desire for the world.
For me, I shall give thanks to all the visible and invisible allies and spirits, Gods, Goddesses, Great spirit and all upon this planet and ask them to unite as I do my New years eve meditation. I shall ask and wish you also would do this, ask for us to be united as never before, inspired with visions and to let ourselves be spoken through by divine guidance. Every morning I awaken with the prayer "Lord, today I will to do THY will, not my will" and it might be something we could all use to let go of that illusion of control a bit.
To me this seems a New Year when NOT making those new years resolutions but dreaming and visioning 2012 might be a great idea. We so often look at the Next step, what we want as outcome, what we need to do or manifest or Make happen. This year we really are going to be riding a very different energy and to learn how to do this we must get into FEELING life and get out of thinking that when we have or accomplish this or that or the other we have the answer.
The moon in Aries on January 1st gives this whole year a strong energy of self action and determination, but we must not forget that very little happens without some type of assistance from others or from Spirit whatever form you sense this in.
January 20th the sun leaves Capricorn and enters Aquarius the energy to break free of what binds us to the past and outdated ideas and visions becomes stronger. The New moon on the 22nd at 3 degrees of Aquarius really asks that we be open to recognizing that perhaps the knight on the white horse riding to save us is ourselves. That we are going to be more active, brave and courageous and be a part of creating a wonderful 2012
On January 23, 2012 we enter the Chinese New year of the Dragon, Dragon is the 5th sign and we are in a 5 year. 5 is change Unlike the negative energies associated with Western Dragons, most Eastern Dragons are beautiful, friendly, and wise. They are the angels of the Orient. Instead of being hated, they are loved and worshipped.
2012 year of the black Water Dragon The Dragon symbol of the 2012 year is an intelligent and laborious worker who never puts aside work so work is for sure NOT OFF THE TABLE in 2012. But,
We now have the abilities of The water Dragon which gives us enough courage to face challenges and easily finds weak points that stand in our way to achieving what we desire we move to a Water (intuition and emotions) Black Dragon year, and in honor of this we all need to feel the power moving Through us and perhaps connect more to whatever you feel your personal source is.
Mars retrograde also on the 23rd makes this a POWERFUL day to set intentions with that new moon the day before, Since it is also Chinese new year and look at what your actions create. Mars backwards in Virgo, are you ready to go back and recreate energy for self and others which is going to create healing and universal recognition of responsibility for us all. Like moving a huge BOULDER 2012 seems to be an easy job if we join together to get things rolling, and seems almost an insurmountable task if we try and do it all alone.

Promote others business to promote yourself, be optimistic at the least in what you say to others, be open to recognizing more SAMENESS and less differences….and this Mars energy which will remain very active until July 3, 2012 will leave you healed, more whole and very much happier..

Once again we move off into a New Year with the experiences, joys, pains, and knowledge that WE MADE it for another year and this year will be better for us all. I KNOW this will be so because we are going to Get into the feeling of what this new world can be like and from there, get out of our own way and not only Allow it to happen but help it to happen aren’t we?
The lucky Colors for January are Black and Brown & all dark shades use these colors to help focus you on the energy of January which is Capricorn, Achievement for self in order to be a part of the process of a better world for us all.
Stones Sacred to this time are the GARNET and the energy of Kyanite January flowers are carnations and Snowdrops. The Ruling planet of January is Saturn the energy of discipline, duty, organization and efficiency. Which is in Libra now but will be moving in the fall of this year to Scorpio, along with the Nodes and Fall eclipses, but that is another story coming soon

Neptune will Travel in Pisces with Chiron the wounded healer until Chiron enters Aries the sign of SELF, on April 17, 2018. Se we have lots of time to really create and need to begin now to SEE what we want to create and not meditate (aka worry) and create what we do not want to create .. Won’t that be a different world when we all figure that One out? That we are part of creator and isn't that cool. Happy 2012
